Army
Institute of Management, is located over nine acres of land in Alipore,
in the heart of the ‘City of Joy’. Formerly, known as National
Institute of Management, Calcutta, the institute was established on 28
July 1997 by the Army Welfare Education Society, to conduct
state-of-the art management programmes both for the Army wards and
General category. The Institute is an approved B-School of AICTE and
affiliated to West Bengal University of Technology. It is one of the
many successful ventures of the Indian Army, in line with other
vocational institutes, to make available quality management education
