The Army Institute of Management Kolkata is involved in a number of management activities apart from providing MBA course. MDPs (Management Development Programmes), Consultancy, Training & Workshop, and Seminar & Conferences are often organised utilising institutes infrastructure. Apart from these management activities institute also published an management journal - Kindler. The participants profile covered senior managers to executives working in the area of production, purchase, business development, corporate communication, engineering etc.
